MEMBERSHIP AND TERMS OF USE
General terms of use of the site, related general rules, and legal responsibilities
It is recommended to read the User Agreement containing the terms, rules, and legal responsibilities specified below before using www.yakestore.com.
If the specified terms are not suitable for you, please do not use the ugur.1ticaret.com site. By using the site and filling out the form containing your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.
1. Usage and Security Rules
www.yakestore.com is open to all its members. Unless otherwise stated, the services provided on the site are free of charge.
In the following written cases, the site management may block the member's use of the site and reserves its legal rights regarding the person or persons involved in the following actions:
1.a. Recording incorrect, irregular, incomplete, and misleading information, expressions not in accordance with general moral rules, and information contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey on the site
1.b. Unauthorized partial or full copying of the site content
1.c. The User is directly responsible for any damage arising from sharing user names, passwords, or similar information given to users or determined by themselves, and usage rights with third parties or organizations (use of this information by persons other than the user). Similarly, the User cannot use another person's IP address, email address, user name, or other personal information on the Internet, nor can they access or use other users' private information without permission. The User is deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise from such use.
1.d. Using software that threatens the security of the site, prevents the operation of the site and the software used, performing or attempting to perform activities, and obtaining, deleting, or altering information

3. Responsibilities
3.a. Information of users visiting www.yakestore.com (visit duration, time, viewed pages) is tracked to provide better service. This information is shared with companies we cooperate with for advertising and similar purposes, adhering to privacy terms, to expand and improve content. The aim here is to enhance the experience offered to the site's users and to develop www.yakestore.com.
3.b. A www.yakestore.com user can start using the site by filling out the required registration sections and confirming their email address, provided they comply with the terms specified in this agreement by entering their email address and password.
3.c. While benefiting from the www.yakestore.com site and services, the User agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Decrees and legal regulations related to the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, Code of Obligations, other relevant legislation, and all announcements and notifications published regarding www.yakestore.com services. Any legal, criminal, and financial responsibility arising from use contrary to these notifications and laws belongs to the User.
3.d. If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules announced on the www.yakestore.com site, the User's access to www.yakestore.com may be blocked temporarily or permanently by www.yakestore.com and/or the account may be closed.
3.e. The User cannot engage in actions that prevent or hinder other users and visitors from using www.joinus.com.tr, cannot upload or overload/lock servers or databases with automatic programs, and cannot attempt fraud. If such actions occur, the membership will be terminated, and the User accepts all legal and criminal responsibilities that may arise.
3.g. The User cannot remove or erase any Copyright, Trademark, or any notes covered by the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works from any material copied from or printed from www.yakestore.com.
3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user through www.joinus.com.tr. The access rights of the user who ends their membership will be revoked. The person canceling their membership accepts that this action is irreversible.
3.j. Relationships between site users or with third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.
3.m. Different rules and obligations specific to certain sections of the site may be specified. Persons and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.
3.n. To read about the measures we take to protect our users' personal information and privacy and our general policy on this matter, please read the “Privacy Policy” section.
3.o. The User accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, GSM number, etc.) used for purchases made through the site is accurate and that any legal and criminal responsibilities arising from this belong to them.
7. Notification Addresses
7.a. The www.yakestore.com site does not request postal addresses from users in advance. However, the email address the user has provided to ugur.1ticaret.com is accepted as the legal address for all notifications related to this agreement.
7.b. The parties agree that unless they notify each other in writing of changes to their current email addresses within 3 (three) days, requests sent to the old email addresses will be valid and considered delivered.
7.c. Also, any notification made by www.yakestore.com using the user's registered email address will be deemed to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the email is sent by www.yakestore.com. The User declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the clauses in this participation agreement and confirmed the accuracy of the information provided about themselves.
