Personal Data Protection Disclosure Text
This text is an annex to the membership agreement and contains the disclosure text regarding the Personal Data obtained through the agreement.
1- In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, our company YAŞAR KENDİR TEKSTİL İTHALAT VE İHRACAT DIŞ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (each referred to as “Company”) may record, classify, process, store, update, and transfer to third parties the personal data (Name/Surname/email/Phone number/Address) of the person submitting the application request for opening a membership account obtained through this Membership Form as the data controller, in cases permitted by the relevant legislation.
2- The personal data obtained from the person submitting the application request for opening a membership account may be processed by our company for purposes such as controlling sales and supply management, invoicing, legal notifications, delivery operations, tracking customer requests and/or complaints, managing business processes, all kinds of product and service promotion, advertising, communication, promotion, marketing, determining usage habits, sending commercial electronic messages, enabling the customer to benefit from products and services, planning sales and marketing activities of products and services, fulfilling contractual and legal liabilities completely and accurately, creating special services for members, creating visitor records, planning, executing, and managing commercial collaborations, management and communication activities and strategies correctly, developing the services offered on our website and fixing errors on the site.
3- The personal data obtained from the person submitting the application request for opening a membership account may be transferred by the Company to persons, institutions, and/or organizations that are obliged and/or permitted by relevant laws and other legislation, public legal entities authorized to receive data, the Company’s shareholders, employees, domestic/foreign affiliates, domestic/foreign persons, institutions, organizations, and/or other third parties from whom services are received and/or with whom cooperation is established.
4- The personal data of the person submitting the application request for opening a membership account may be collected by the Company’s employees, domestic/foreign affiliates, cooperating persons, institutions and/or organizations, official institutions, or other third parties verbally, in writing, or electronically, either fully or partially automatically or non-automatically, provided that it is part of any data recording system.
5- The person submitting the application request for opening a membership account has the rights to a) learn whether their personal data has been processed, b) request information if their personal data has been processed, c) learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is used accordingly, d) know the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, e) request correction if their personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, f) request deletion or destruction of their personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated by the legislation, g) request notification of the actions taken under items (e) and (f) to the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, h) object to the emergence of a result against them by exclusively analyzing the processed data through automatic systems, and i) request compensation for damages in case of harm due to unlawful processing of their personal data.Requests regarding the rights mentioned above can be submitted by filling out the application form on our website https://www.yakestore.com and delivering it in person or via notary to Mehemt Nesih Özmen Mah.Savaş Cad.Keresteciler Sitesi Fidan Sk.No:7 Merter / Güngören/İstanbul and sending it to our contact@yakejeans.com.tr
